The villa is fully fitted out with crockery, bedding, luxury towels, pool towels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer Cable TV and videos in all rooms.

There is room for six to sleep in comfort with the option of sleeping two more on a handy sofa bed.

Poolside furniture and electric grill In fact, everything you need to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and something to remember. However, if you have any other requirements, the management company is on hand to help out.

The Master bedroom has a double bed, cable TV, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and a telephone/answer machine.

The en-suite includes His & Hers wash basins, a bath, large shower area and separate w/c. There is a walk-in wardrobe, a baby cot, ironing board, iron and hair dryer All bedding and towels are provided

The double bedroom and twin bedroom, both of which have fitted wardrobes, share a well-appointed bathroom and shower.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all crockery, glassware, cutlery, saucepans, gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer etc. and a table and four chairs.

An Industrial washing machine and Dryer are situated in the kitchen in a cupboard area, with a door leading to the integral double garage.

The relaxing lounge has a dining table and 6 chairs, cable TV, video and audio systems and sumptuous seating.

Entrance to the Lounge is through the main door where a double patio door leads onto the patio of the swimming pool area.

The sheltered private swimming pool and Jacuzzi look out over a conservation area and can be heated in winter at a small extra cost.
